Dismantling
- Thursday, 16 January 2025, 16:00 - 24:00
- Friday, 17 January 2025, 00:00 - 19:00
The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Monday, 13 January 2025. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Dismantling on Thursday, 16 January 2025, is not allowed before 16:00. The extension of the a.m. times causes further costs and requires a written confirmation by the organizer.
Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with separate passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.
